Lottery 7 - Terms of Service

Use of the site

By accessing or using lottery7app.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue all use of the Site immediately. Continued use after any published update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, and Lottery 7 recommends that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where participation in lottery-related activities is permitted under applicable law. Lottery 7 may require identity verification through government-issued documents such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport at any time. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice. Users from states where lottery gaming is restricted are not permitted to register or play.

Permitted use

The Site may be used only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any server or database, introduce malicious code or malware, scrape or harvest data without prior written consent, impersonate any individual or organisation, or use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Site. Any use that violates the Public Gambling Act, 1867, the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998, or applicable state gaming legislation in India is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately upon discovering any suspected unauthorised access. Lottery 7 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your login details. Where payments are made via platforms such as PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM UPI, you remain responsible for ensuring each transaction is authorised by you.

Intellectual property

All content available on lottery7app.org, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to Lottery 7 and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable international intellectual property treaties to which India is a signatory.

Ownership and trademarks

The Lottery 7 name, logo, and all related marks, slogans, and trade dress are the exclusive property of Lottery 7. Nothing on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark, service mark, or logo displayed on the Site without the prior written permission of Lottery 7 or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use may result in civil proceedings under Indian IP law.

Limited licence and user content

Lottery 7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site. Where you submit or post content to the Site, you grant Lottery 7 a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that material in connection with operating and promoting the Site, and you warrant that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Lottery 7, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.

No warranty

The Site and all content, materials, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Lottery 7 expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lottery 7 does not warrant that the Site will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Service interruptions may occur during scheduled maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Liability cap

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, Lottery 7's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of INR 500 or the total amount paid by you to Lottery 7 in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the form of the action, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in such cases the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
